Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
In short: the app keeps your hardware scan on your PC and never uploads it. We never see your card details. We only keep what we need to run your subscription, and we never sell your data.
Who is responsible
TOLOTWEAKS is operated by Izabela Tolordava, Kutaisi, Georgia. Contact: tolotweaks.support@gmail.com.
What the app collects
- Hardware scan and tweak status: processed only on your PC and never uploaded.
- Backups of your original Windows settings: stored only on your PC (in C:\ProgramData\TOLOTWEAKS) so tweaks can be undone.
- License checks (Premium only): when you activate Premium, and occasionally after that, the app sends us your license key, an anonymous device ID (a one-way hash, not your name or serial numbers) and the app version. This is used only to check your subscription and enforce the 2-PC limit.
- Update checks: the app downloads a small version file from tolotweaks.com. Like any web request, this shows our host your IP address.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details. We never receive your card number. Paddle shares your email, country and order details with us so we can deliver your license and give you support. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
Website
tolotweaks.com is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We use no advertising and no tracking cookies.
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you. We only email you about your purchase, your subscription or important changes to the Service. There are no marketing emails unless you sign up for them.
How long we keep data
We keep license and order records for as long as your subscription is active, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are deleted once they're no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, by emailing tolotweaks.support@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU or UK, you may have more rights under laws like the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Premium purchases require an adult or a parent's permission (see the Terms). We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is important, we'll also notify subscribers by email.
