Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TOLOTWEAKS ("we", "us") is software operated by Izabela Tolordava, Kutaisi, Georgia. Contact: tolotweaks.support@gmail.com.

These Terms apply to the TOLOTWEAKS app, the website tolotweaks.com and the Premium subscription (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to buy Premium, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. What the software does

TOLOTWEAKS changes Windows settings (for example registry values, services, power plans and scheduled tasks) and game configuration files to improve performance. Before changing a setting, it stores the original value so the change can be undone in the app.

TOLOTWEAKS does not modify game program files, game memory or anti-cheat software. Results vary by hardware and configuration, and we don't guarantee any specific FPS increase.

Some tweaks are labeled "Advanced" and may reduce Windows security or change how your PC works. Only apply them if you understand the warning shown in the app. You're responsible for the tweaks you choose to apply. We recommend keeping the "Restore point before optimizing" option on.

4. Free and Premium plans

• Free includes the PC Scanner, the live monitor, 10 tweaks and 4 Boost-Ups, at no cost.
• Premium unlocks all features and costs US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year (local taxes may apply at checkout).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime using the link in your receipt email, or by contacting us. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• When Premium ends (after a cancellation, a refund or a failed payment), or when you remove the license from a PC, TOLOTWEAKS switches Premium tweaks on that PC back to your original settings the next time it runs. Free tweaks stay active.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before a price change affects your subscription.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. We never receive or store your card details.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of any payment. See our Refund Policy.

7. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TOLOTWEAKS on your own computers. One Premium subscription can be activated on up to 2 PCs at a time. You can move it by removing the license from one PC in the app.

You may not:

• share, sell or publish your license key;
• crack, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the software, or bypass its license checks;
• use the Service for anything illegal or to harm other people's computers.

We may suspend a license that breaks these rules. If we do so without a good reason, we'll refund the unused part of your subscription.

8. Updates and availability

We may update the app to add, change or remove features. The app checks tolotweaks.com for updates and asks before installing one. We try to keep the Service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Changing system settings always carries some risk, and you use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, lost profits or system problems that come from using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Trademarks

TOLOTWEAKS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games, Microsoft or NVIDIA. Fortnite, Windows and NVIDIA Reflex are trademarks of their respective owners.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we'll announce it on this page and, for subscribers, by email. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. This does not take away any protections you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
